Yes. Ayurveda helps in cervical spondylosis. The treatment is aimed at reducing the inflammation and spasm of neck muscles and strengthening them so that they can support the weight of the head well.
No. In fact it is not advisable in some cases. Only an ayurvedic doctor can decide this. In the right case at the right stage of the treatment, panchakarma is very much effective in such cases.
We use many other treatment modalities other than panchakarma to treat neck pain.
